Seth & Anna have previously run a country pub restaurant in Northamptonshire. They both are passionate about fresh produce, using home grown where possible and working with local suppliers to create bespoke menus.

Seth has over 15 years experience in the industry and has worked in and around Hertfordshire for many years. He is excited about bringing his previous experience to The Hermit of Redcoats kitchen.
